OBSERVATIONS and RECOMMENDATIONS
* Maintain 130 on hot water heater. ( corrected on site )

But we had a little problem.....

A church group left a flyer in our store to promote there fish fry. He read what it said, and even asked me about it.

He gave me a number to contact someone before we were going to cook.. I was like whole on playa, Wilson Brothers ain't cooking nothing right now That's two months away.

He didn't believe me

Some lady came into the store, snatched the flyer off the front door. I asked her what was going on, why are you tearing my place up.

She told me the Health inspector called her about needing a permit to have their fish fry. And was very rude.

I guess he thought Wilson Brothers was cooking in a different location. Trying to beat the system. ( If the stupid fucka would have read the shit right, he would have seen the address.)
